GoAhead normally charges 7.5% of the provider price on every paid order or booking. Your cancellation and no-show policies do not automatically change platform fees.

Stripe & Connect fees
Payment processing, connected accounts, payouts, refunds and chargebacks according to your applicable terms.
AI, WhatsApp & voice
Optional extra AI credits, messaging, voice/phone use and other external usage charges. These are shown separately.
Customer service fee
Where applicable, customers pay a GoAhead service fee of 2% of the price, capped at €1.50. This is separate from your success fee.
Your own business expenses
Delivery charges, staff, materials, taxes and other business expenses remain your responsibility.
No misleading all-inclusive promise: €69.99 is the software subscription, not a promise to cover all third-party fees. Custom agreements, legal refunds and VAT obligations can differ.
